- Welcome Rewards will be given in the form of Online shopping offers, which will be subject to availability at Brand Level.
- After successful Enrolment customers will receive a SMS having a link which needs OTP to access to Generate Voucher Code & Redeem Welcome Reward.
- Successful Enrolment will be done within 72 hrs of Splendor+ Series (excluding Super Splendor) DMS Invoicing.
- Every welcome offer's voucher code has to be generated by the Customer Himself.
- The customer can generate the voucher codestill 3rd Feb'2025 only.
- Voucher Code to be generated by the customer on one-to-one basis, members have to save the voucher codes.
- If any case member missed the voucher code SMS, then, he can resend the same voucher code from the same portal.
- Every welcome offer to be redeemed separately by the Customer themselves through the generated/saved voucher codes.
- The brand vouchers shall be redeemed as per the brand T&C & Validity date. It will be issued at the time of voucher code generation.
- Voucher codes once generated cannot be refunded.
- If the voucher is misused by someone else, the same cannot be replaced.
- Voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash, cancelled or refunded
- Hero GoodLife is not responsible if a voucher code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
- Validity of Voucher code cannot be extended, new Voucher code cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
