Terms & Conditions: -
- Spin the Wheel: The Campaign is applicable only for valid GoodLife members whose membership is active and not lapsed as on the date of participation in the Campaign. The active GoodLife Members Can Unlock the Spin by Giving a Lead.
- Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary. By participating in this Campaign, GoodLife members unconditionally and irrevocably accept the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
- All Campaign-related communications will be through the Hero App and Website only.
- GoodLife Members are eligible to participate in the Campaign through "Spin the Wheel" as per the following procedure:
- Refer a friend, family member, or oneself by providing the Name, Mobile Number, State, and City to unlock "Spin the Wheel".
- Spin and Win any of the following:
- (i)50 GoodLife Reward Points / (ii) Zepto-Upto Rs. 200 Off / (iii) Amazon Prime conditional e-comm voucher worth Rs. 149 off on Annual Subscription / (iv) Myntra - conditional e-comm voucher worth Rs. 500* off on minimum buy of Rs. 2499 / (v) Ajio - conditional e-comm voucher worth Rs. 500* off on minimum buy of Rs. 1799 / (vi) Multiple conditional e-comm vouchers worth Rs. 8000* as the Mega Prize.
- Spin the Wheel is available on daily basis during the Campaign period. However, Goodlife Members can participate in the Spin once in day.
- GoodLife Reward Points & conditional e-comm. vouchers (won by the participants) will be credited to the participating GoodLife member's membership account by 15thDecember 2024.
- In case of any issue in crediting of Reward Points, the GoodLife customers need to report to goodlife@heromotocorp.biz maximum by 15th December 2024. After which no complaint shall be entertained.
- By participating in the Campaign, the GoodLife Member consents to Hero MotoCorp Ltd.’s, right to tag, notify, and to exhibit the uploaded pictures and shared story in all mode & media, advertisement now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation internet, television, film, radio and print media, without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes and the Bonus GoodLife points shall be considered as a valid consideration in this regard.
- Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to alter/amend/vary/extend/ terminate this Campaign at any point of time without assigning any reason.
- Hero MotoCorp Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expense incurred by the Participant while participating in this Campaign, including internet charges and any technological issues, including network problems.
- This Campaign is subject to force majeure conditions. HMCL and/or the directors/officers will not be responsible for circumstances beyond their control, which hinder the completion of the Campaign.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
