Spin the Wheel-2: This Campaign is applicable for valid Hero MotoCorp Ltd. customers who purchase a new Hero two-wheeler during the festive period from 03rd October 2024 to 03rd November 2024 (Campaign Period). Spin can be unlocked only by purchasing a new Hero two-wheeler during the festive period.
Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary. By participating in this Campaign, customers unconditionally and irrevocably accept the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
All new customers of Hero MotoCorp during the Campaign Period are eligible to participate in the Campaign through "Spin the Wheel-2" as per the following procedure:
Buy a new Hero MotoCorp two-wheeler (Hero two-wheeler) from authorized dealer of Hero MotoCorp during the Campaign Period.
Customer should map his/her mobile number with the unique VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of the new purchased Hero two-wheeler during the Campaign Period.

Winner(s) shall be chosen randomly via a software program.
The result will be intimated to the winning customer through Campaign Landing Page within a maximum of 15 days from the participation date.
Conditional e-comm. vouchers (won by the participants) will be disbursed to customers' Mobile Numbers post verification by 15th December 2024
Prize winners will receive a confirmation call to confirm their emails and mobile numbers for verification & disbursements. In case, the customer is not reachable/could not verify, the reward will be cancelled and will be passed on to the back-up participant and he/she will be considered winner in such a situation.
In case of any issue in crediting of Reward Points, the customer(s) needs to report to goodlife@heromotocorp.biz maximum by 15th December 2024. After which no complaint shall be entertained.
By participating in the Campaign, the winning customer consents to Hero MotoCorp Ltd.&'s, right to tag, notify, and to exhibit the uploaded pictures and shared story in all mode & media, advertisement now existing or hereinafter created, including without limitation internet, television, film, radio and print media, without any compensation whatsoever for advertising and publicity purposes and the Campaign Rewards shall be considered as a valid consideration in this regard.
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to alter/amend/vary/extend/ terminate this Campaign at any point of time without assigning any reason.
Hero MotoCorp Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expense incurred by the participant while participating in this Campaign, including internet charges and any technological issues, including network problems.
This Campaign is subject to force majeure conditions. HMCL and/or the directors/officers will not be responsible for circumstances beyond their control, which hinder the completion of the Campaign.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
