- The campaign is divided into 2 parts-
- Gamification and Lead Gen
- Successful Referral & Upgrade
- Gamification Campaign is applicable only for valid GoodLife members whose membership is active and not lapsed as on the date of participation in the Campaign.
- The Campaign is live from 17th Sep 2024 till 30th Sep 2024.
- Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary. By participating, GoodLife members unconditionally and irrevocably accept the terms and conditions of the Campaign.
- GoodLife members are eligible to participate in the Glamour Campaign as per the following regulations:
- OTP based Login
- GoodLife Members are eligible to participate in the Campaign through watching a video and answering 5 video-based questions. Members can Win 100 GoodLife Reward Points against each correct answer in the quiz.
- Under this Campaign, GoodLife members are eligible for GoodLife Reward Points (100 points @ per lead) upto 5 leads only.
- On successful Lead Conversion, the member is eligible to win upto 9000 Reward Points (Upto 4500 points on successful referral and upto 9000 points on successful upgrade)
- GoodLife members can win up to 10000 Reward Points (maximum 500 Reward Points for the Quiz and maximum 500 Reward Points for submitting 5 leads and upto 9000 points on successful upgrade).
- The received Leads which are converted into successful retails by way of Referrals or Upgrades within the campaign period, will be eligible for-
- Cashback worth Rs. 2024 via e-Voucher
- OTT Subscriptions & other benefits worth Rs. 500
- A member is eligible for a Sales Discount Voucher at 30,000 milestone and beyond (upto 4 Sales Discount Vouchers can be clubbed to get a discount of Rs 2000 on a new purchase)
- GoodLife members can participate in the Campaign only once during the campaign period.
- All campaign-related communications will be through the Hero app and website only.
- The cashback offer of Rs 2024 e-voucher scheme and free OTT subscription offer worth Rs. 500 are available for members in these states only on successful Retails - Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Tripura, Mizoram, Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana (refer point vi.)
- Eligible GoodLife members will receive their rewards post-verification by 15th October 2024.
- In case of any issues with the crediting of Reward Points, GoodLife members must report them to goodlife@heromotocorp.biz by 15th October 2024, after which no complaints will be entertained.
- By participating in the campaign, the GoodLife member consents to Hero MotoCorp Ltd.'s right to tag, notify, and exhibit the uploaded pictures and shared stories in all modes and media, including advertisements now existing or hereinafter created, without any compensation whatsoever.
- Hero MotoCorp Ltd. reserves the right to alter, amend, vary, extend, or terminate this campaign at any point in time without assigning any reason.
- Hero MotoCorp Ltd. shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the participant while participating in this campaign, including internet charges and any technological issues, including network problems.
- Hero MotoCorp Ltd. may use any personal information provided by the participating Goodlife member for marketing purposes including the distribution of regular email
updates or newsletters. Any personal information relating to Goodlife member will be used in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
- This campaign is subject to force majeure conditions. Hero MotoCorp Ltd. and their directors/officers will not be responsible for circumstances beyond their control that hinder the completion of the Campaign.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
